Marge and Wes Roscover
We are members of the First Christian Church in Rocky Ford, where Wes has served as an Elder and Marge has served as a Deaconess. Marge is
a native of Rocky Ford, a past president of P.E.O., past director of the Rocky Ford Chamber of Commerce and served the Rocky Ford School District for 15 years. She has received her G.R.I. (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation as well as her Real Estate Broker's license. In September of 2000, Marge was selected as
Millennium REALTOR OF THE YEAR from the Arkansas Valley Board of Realtors. In April of 2001 Marge received her M.R.E. (Masters Real Estate).
Wes has been in the area since 1954 and served our community as a member of the Masonic Lodge, Elks Lodge, past president of Rocky Ford Rotary Club, and past president of the Rocky Ford Chamber of Commerce. He is retired from US West Telephone Company and served you as a volunteer fireman for 26 years.
Wes has served on the Hot Air Balloon Festival since its inception.
Wes received the Rocky Ford Award for Outstanding Citizen/Volunteer in 2004
from the Rocky Ford Chamber of Commerce.
We have 6 children, 16 grandchildren and
4 great grandchildren.
Peggy Meyer would like to assist you in selling or buying a home.
She worked for the City of Evanston, WY in the Public Works Department for 5+ years before moving to Tuscaloosa, AL and then working for West Alabama Planning & Development (Council of Government). Upon returning to Colorado and the Lower Arkansas Valley she has worked in the real estate business assisting realtors for the last eight years.
Peggy and Charles have six children and twelve grandchildren. She is a very active member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and is involved with Church activities Her hobbies include crafting, quilting, scrap booking, and cross-stitch.
Peggy will be serving the Arkansas Valley Board of Realtors as President of the Board for 2007-2008. She was also honored by her peers, along with Greg Storey, as 2006 Co-Realtor of the Year.
We welcome LaDonna Hutton as our new Broker Associate. LaDonna is now opening a door for a new career in real estate. LaDonna states that she is looking forward to the new challenges of Real Estate and to growing professionally in the field. LaDonna is a lifelong resident of Otero County and has taught and administered Career and Technical Education in LaJunta and Rocky Ford and served as Principal of the Tiger Leaning Center in La Junta. She states that perhaps she can help many of her past students and colleagues open new "doors" for themselves as well.
Millicent Donelson Assistant
Milly is a native of Rocky Ford. Retired from the funeral
business in 1998. She was the first woman to be president of the Colorado
Funeral Directors Association. Member of P.E.O. sisterhood, Chamber of
Commerce and active in the First United Methodist Church. Married to Carrol
Donelson for 50 years. They have three children, nine grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
She is happy to be able to help in the office of Roscover Realty.
